The UCD Confucius Institute for Ireland is celebrating it's 5th anniversary this year and as part of the celebrations we are presenting the Made in China film festival.

The festival is a celebration of contemporary Chinese cinema and runs from the 19th to the 25th of September, Online and at Swan Omniplex, Rathmines.

Some of China's most popular films will be screened during the festival including blockbuster Assembly and mystery thriller The Message

In addition to the main programme we will introduce the very first online film festival to Ireland, meaning Chinese films will be streamed on the festival website for everyone to enjoy.

The festival promises an in depth and entertaining look at Chinese culture and society and will help answer the questions "Who are the Chinese?" and "What is China like today?". Look out for our posters across Dublin in the next few weeks.

Thanks for sharing!
