This course is aimed at enlarging students’ vocabulary, utilizing complex sentence patterns through comprehensive training focusing on listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. By the end of this course, students are expected to achieve natural, precise and appropriate oral communication with strong comprehensive language skills.
1.To meet the demands of daily Chinese communication in living, studying and social environments.
2.To be able to proceed with discussing familiar and relatively complicated topics.
3.To express one’s opinions and feelings precisely.
4.To develop the ability to construct dialogues with correct pronunciation and tones.
Task-based approach combining lecturing and practicing. A variety of learning approaches are employed including simulative environment exercises, role plays, debates, discussion and interactive practice.
This course is designed for those who have reached new HSK 3 and above, and acquired intermediate Chinese skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
